Position Descriptions
We are a team of enthusiastic, successful, artistic leaders
who provide outstanding service to our clients.
- Aesthetician – Aestheticians at Body
Rhythms, Inc. are highly trained and qualified before they
are hired to join our team. Once hiring is complete, we
provide in-salon training for products, procedures, and use
of the finest equipment. We have three levels in which
Aestheticians are employed. Prior to being employed as an
Aesthetician at Body Rhythms, Inc., you must first
successfully complete training as an Aesthetician and be
licensed in Minnesota. All applicants must be willing to
make at least a one year commitment.
- Massage Therapist– Prior to being
employed as a Massage therapist at Body Rhythms, Inc., you
must first successfully complete training as a Massage
Therapist with a minimum of 500 hours and be a recipient of
an Oakdale License. Once employment begins, we provide
in-spa training products, procedures, and use of the finest
equipment. All applicants must be willing to make at least a
one year commitment.
- Nail Technician– Prior to being hired
as a Nail Technician at Body Rhythms, Inc., you must first
successfully complete training as a Nail Technician and be a
recipient of a Minnesota State License. We provide in-salon
training for new procedures as well as the finest equipment
to perform these services. All applicants must be willing to
make at least a one year commitment.
- Spa Representative– Spa Representatives
must have a work history that shows responsible, consistent
employment in the customer service industry. Their
appearance and manner are of the utmost importance. A Spa
Representative must be organized, outgoing, pleasant and
able to work with a variety of people. We provide in-spa
training on our computer & phone systems, product lines,
and Spa systems. All applicants must be willing to make at
least a one year commitment.
- Hair Stylist - Prior to being hired as
a cosmetology professional at Body Rhythms, Inc., you must
first successfully complete training as an Cosmetologist and
be a recipient of a Minnesota State License. We provide
in-salon training for new procedures as well as the finest
equipment to perform these services. You will use you whole
license and receive additional training in Skincare, Nail
care, Body Treatments and Hair services.
- Salon Manager - Candidate must have a
Minnesota Cosmetology License and 2700 hours experience in a
licensed Salon. All applicants must be willing to make at
least a one year commitment.
